Privacy Policy

Short version

descripcs2.com is the personal site of DESCRIPCS2, an individual Counter-Strike 2 player and content creator. I don't collect, sell, or use visitors' personal information for marketing. The site has no accounts, no sign-up, and no payments.

What this site collects

The site itself doesn't ask for or store anything that identifies you. The only exceptions are the connection data my host processes, the anonymous visit statistics it counts, and any email you choose to send me, all explained below. Specifically, this site has:

• No accounts, logins, or registration.
• No forms, newsletters, or comment sections.
• No cookies and no browser storage.
• No advertising and no tracking across other sites.
• No payments or checkout.

Fonts, images, and the site's own scripts are served from descripcs2.com itself. The one exception is the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described below, which is loaded from Cloudflare, my host.

Hosting data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the page and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare automatically processes standard connection data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This happens under Cloudflare's privacy policy. I don't receive visitor-level logs and can't identify individual visitors. At most I can see aggregate figures, such as total requests.

Visit statistics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they open. It doesn't use cookies or browser storage, and it doesn't follow you to other sites. It records things like the page viewed, the site you came from, your browser and device type, your country, and how fast the page loaded.

I see these only as totals. I can't see or identify individual visitors. Cloudflare describes how the service works in its Web Analytics overview and privacy policy.

Google OAuth and YouTube API Services

I use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services in a private publishing tool, only to upload and manage videos on my own YouTube channel.

• Visitors are never asked to sign in with Google, and this site doesn't access any visitor's Google or YouTube account.
• The only Google account authorized is my own. The tool accesses that channel's data solely to publish and manage my own content.
• Data received from Google APIs isn't sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
• Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page, which also invalidates the stored authorization.

YouTube is a Google service. The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles data when you watch or interact with videos on YouTube.

Links to other platforms

The links on this site lead to third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, Steam, Faceit, ESEA, Allstar, Leetify, csstats.gg, settings.gg, and GitHub. Once you leave descripcs2.com, that platform's own privacy policy applies. I don't control or see what happens there.

If you email me

If you contact me by email, I receive your address and whatever you write. I use it only to reply, and I don't add it to any list or share it. Ask me to delete the conversation and I will.

Your rights

Because I don't keep personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing for me to provide, correct, or delete. If you have emailed me and want that information accessed or removed, or you have any privacy question, contact me at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If how the site works changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
